Yes. Under the 30-Day Rule the Roost Guarantee, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Normal on-court use is allowed — ball residue and minor edge-guard scuffs are fine. Abuse, cracks from negligence, or permanent modifications are not.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, for ordinary returns under the guarantee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable; it may be deducted from your refund. We cover return shipping only for damaged or incorrect items we sent.
Is U.S. shipping free, and how long does it take?
Yes — Free U.S. shipping. Orders process in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5.
Are Rooster paddles USA Pickleball approved?
Yes. Rooster paddles are USA Pickleball approved — tournament-legal for USA Pickleball–sanctioned play.
Do the four designs perform the same?
Yes. Shared performance across Beachster, Coolster, Brewster, and Rosester — same build underneath. Artwork and personality differ; the face, core, and weight do not.
