Rooster Pickleball Paddles: Return & Refund Policy

At Rooster Pickleball Paddles, we want you to have something to crow about. We know you need to feel the paddle to know if it's right for your game. That is why we offer our risk-free "Rule the Roost" Guarantee.
1. The 30-Day "Rule the Roost" Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to take the paddle out and play. If you don’t feel like you’re ruling the court with it, you may return it for a full refund within this 30-day window, even if it has been used.
Conditions of the Guarantee:

Normal Use: The paddle may show signs of normal play (ball residue, minor scuffs on the edge guard).

No Abuse: We cannot accept returns for paddles that show signs of abuse, negligence, or modification. This includes paddles that have been smashed against the ground, cracked, or permanently altered (e.g., permanent marker or non-removable modifications).

Original Components: Please include the original cover and packaging if available.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@roosterpickleball.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets the "No Abuse" criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

Rejected: If the paddle is found to be abused or broken due to negligence, we will contact you to discuss options.
4. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns: For standard returns under the "Rule the Roost" guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
If you believe your paddle has a manufacturing defect (such as a loose edge guard, crushed core, or handle issues) within the first 30 days, please email us immediately with photos of the defect. We stand by the quality of our gear and will exchange defective items at no cost to you.
